Terms and Conditions

The Courier Mail Showguide and The Sunday Mail Factor X Discount Vouchers

1. The offers are to be distributed by The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA), in conjunction with The Courier Mail.
2. Vouchers are valid at participating outlets only.
3. Vouchers are not redeemable on any item where the value of the voucher is 50% or greater than the cost of the amusement.
4. The RNA is not responsible for any lost or damaged prizes.
5. Vouchers are valid until available allocation of discounted vouchers has been used at any given outlet.
6. The RNA are nor responsible or liable for the value of the vouchers at non-participating outlets.

The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail

1. The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail is an initiative of The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA), in conjunction with The Courier Mail, the Brisbane Marriott Hotel and Dome Retreat and Sony Pictures Releasing.
2. Visitors to Ekka must buy The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail kit for $8 on grounds to be eligible to participate in the trail.
3. Once visitors to Ekka have purchased the trail, they are eligible to set out collecting free items from exhibitors.
4. Items can only be collected at participating exhibitors of The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail.
5. Items can be collected between 9am and 6pm daily, until stocks last. Some exhibitor opening and closing times may vary.
6. Participants are not required to complete each checkpoint on the trail to move onto another checkpoint.
7. Each participant can complete the entry forms on the trail for their chance to win a family two day breakaway in the city thanks to the Brisbane Marriott Hotel, Zookeeper Movie Passes or Smurfs Movie Passes. Competition terms and conditions apply.
8. Items collected from exhibitors are non- transferable, and cannot be resold.
9. The RNA is not responsible for any lost or damaged items or incorrect or indecipherable details including the Ekka Adventure Trail flyer and exhibitor items.

The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail - Brisbane Marriott Hotel Prize

Brisbane Marriott Hotel and Dome Retreat

1. The promotion is to be conducted by The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA), in conjunction with Brisbane Marriott Hotel and Dome Retreat.
2. The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail participants who complete The Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail are eligible to enter the competition.
3. The RNA will automatically enter anyone who placed an entry into the draw.
4. Competition commences at 9am on the first day of Show, Thursday 11 August 2011.
5. Competition closes at 6pm on the last day of Show, Saturday 20 August 2011. Any entries made after this date and time will not be accepted as competition entries.
6. One winner will be drawn at random at the RNA Showgrounds, 300 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills on Monday 22 August 2011.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or email and once confirmation is received from the winner, the details on how to redeem the prize will be provided to arrange preferred dates for their stay.
8. The winner's name will be posted on the Ekka website www.ekka.com.au
9. The prize consists of a family two-day breakaway in the city thanks to the Brisbane Marriott Hotel. The prize for two adults and two children includes:

3. Offers are only valid for the owner of the iPhone, One iPhone per user, however each user can use the iPhone offers as many times as they wish.
4. Offer are only valid while stocks last.

iPhone Trails

1. iPhone trails and rewards are exclusive to Ekka iPhone app users.
2. Users must present the redemptions screen to vendors who will redeem the offer. Once the reward has been redeemed, the offer has expired. Only one reward per user per trail.
3. The RNA is not liable for any loss of products, and rewards are non-transferable and prizes cannot be resold.
4. Rewards are only valid while stocks last.
